Mycopatbology : The study of the pathologic changes caused by fungi. Mycophage : A virus that infects fungi.
Mycoplasma: A genus of bacteria of the family Mycoplasmataceae that are bounded by a single membrane but lacking a true cell wall.
Mycoplasmatales : Prokaryotic cellular organisms that are small than bacteria, bounded by a triple-layered membrane but lack a rigid cell wall. . Mycose : A sugar from ergot.
Mycosis: Any fungal disease. Mycotic: Relating to contraction of the pupil; an agent that causes the pupil to contract.
Mycotoxins : A fungal toxin. Mydaleine : A poisonous ptomaine from putrefied viscera. Mydriasis: A state of unusual dilating of the pupil.
Mydriatic: Any drug that dilutes eye pupil.
Myectomy: Excision of a portion of muscle.

Myelocyte: The cells of bone-marrow which produce white corpuscles of the blood.
Myeloid: Resembling marrow. Myeloblast: An immature cell found in the bone marrow.
Myeloma: A tumour composed of cells derived from haemopoietic tissue of the bone marrow; a malignant disease of the bone marrow.
Myelomenia : Menstrual haemorrh­age into the spinal cord.
Myelon : Spinal cord. Myelopathy: Functional distur­bances and pathological changes in the spinal cord.
Myeloplast: Any l~ukocyte of the bone marrow.
Myeloplegia: Spinal paralysis. Myelotomy : The operation of severing tracts in the spinal cord. Myiasis: An infestation of the body by fly maggots.
Myobradia : A slow, sluggish reaction of muscle to electric stimulation.
Myocardial: Pertaining to the muscular tissue of the heart.
Myocardial infarction: (1) Formation of coagulation necrosis in an area of heart muscle due to occulsion of a coronary artery. (2) Development of an infarct in the myocardium.
