Please remember that just because ingredients are pure and natural does riot make them hypoallergenic. Whether you make cosmetics at home or purchase them from a commercial company, test these cosmetics on a small area of skin before you spread them all over your face or body. On a daily basis, cleansin& moisturizin& and a little rejuvenative care is all that is usually needed. The complete program is wonderful to do once a week. You'll find that the time you set aside for yourself will pay dividends.
You will look and feel more beautiful, have more strength and stamina, greater clarity of mind and basically feel more confidence in dealing with the demands of the day. For women, time taken for this kind of self nurturing, especially on the first day of your period, can make a tremendous difference in menstrual symptoms and will ease the transitioning through menopause.
