Neither the ancient nor the modern science approves or promotes of self-starvation.
A little bit of diet re-orientation with any of the exercise such as suryanamaskar,
pranayama, walking, jogging, swimming, callisthenics or any other form of exercise which will help bum body fat will go a long way. Patience is very essential.
